Ruel Concrete has developed a "Code of Practice" manual which lists in detail all the procedures relevant for any given task assigned to a worker or specific job. This ensures that all pertinent information is available to everyone involved to complete the job safely. All workers are encouraged to make sure they fully understand the scope of their assigned task or to ask questions if in doubt. With an " Open Door " policy workers can do their job with safety and confidence.
